The 2015-16 winners Beith Juniors have been drawn at home to shock troops Kello Rovers, who defeated Irvine Meadow in the last 16.
In the other matches, Neilston host Pollok and Petershill or Darvel are at home to Broughty Athletic.
Ties are scheduled for Saturday, February 22.
