POTENTIALLY life-saving defibrillator training is set to take place in Catrine this weekend.
Taking place at Lodge St John on Sorn Street, the training will teach members of the public how to operate a defib in an emergency situation.
The session takes place on Sunday, December 1 from 2-4pm, just before the Make Catrine Sparkle event returns to the village.

Catrine has been decked out in defibrillators over the past few months and years, thanks in no small part to Jack Gillies' various fundraising efforts.
Jack has participated in the Glasgow Kiltwalk over the past two years, which has led to a number of machines being installed in Catrine, including at Riverside Park, Catrine Bowling Gren, the games hall, Lodge St John and Catrine Primary School.
You can find a full list of machine locations across East Ayrshire on the council website.
