CUMNOCK'S pool will be closed for the rest of the day (October 16) due to a child taking ill in the pool, according to the team
Visions Leisure Centre made an announcement this afternoon to say that the pool at the town facility is out of action.

Swimming lessons are also cancelled for the remainder of the day at the Cumnock centre.
The update said the reason for the closure was the illness of a child.
It says: "We are incredibly sorry to say that a child has taken ill in the pool. The pool and swimming lessons are closed/cancelled for the rest of the day.
"Can we please remind all parents that if your child has been unwell or feeling unwell not to enter the water for 48 hours after symptoms subside. Thank You.
"Sorry for the inconvenience".
Gym facilities at the centre are believed to be unaffected.
