AN EXTENDED Cumnock Tryst festival drew to a close last weekend.
It was another popular event, with guests celebrating the Tryst's 10th anniversary this year.
Founded by Sir James MacMillan who grew up in Cumnock, the annual festival puts on a diverse, packed programme of events, bringing music to East Ayrshire.
This year featured some classics, including pianist Steven Osborne, the Maxwell Quartet, the Gesualdo Six, Joshua Ellicott, and the Tommy Smith Youth Jazz Orchestra.
Local favourites returned too, and the newly formed Cumnock Tryst Ensemble making its debut.
Events took place at the likes of the Boswell centre in Auchinleck, The Barony Campus, St John's Church and the Dumfries Arms Hotel.
A collection of celebration photos has been published from the event which ran from October 2-6.
Planning will already be under way for another spectacular event next year.
