A FORMER butler for King Charles has swapped Dumfries House for the Big Brother house after joining the latest series of the remastered show.
The series ran from 2000-2018 on channels four and five, before ITV2 brought it back last year.
This year's series started on Sunday night (October 7) when 16 new housemates entered the house, all seeking the chance to win £100,000.
One of this year's contestants is former Dumfries House butler, Nathan King.
Son of local charity hero, Sharon King, who is originally from Cumnock, 24-year-old Nathan said he is aiming to bring his "different, but good" personality to the house.
Speaking on his Big Brother introduction VT, Nathan, who is now a pork salesman, said: "People's first impression of me [is] they might think I'm a bit stuck-up and slightly in love with myself.
"Which is not all wrong.
"Politically, [I'm] definitely on the right side of centre. I strangely admire Nigel Farage.
"I think I'm different to other people my age. I listen to Radio 2, I read an old fashioned newspaper and I vote Tory.
"I think that is different, but good."
