ESSENTIAL sewer work is set to take place in Mauchline next week, meaning travel disruption could be expected.
Four-way lights are set to be in place on the cross between Earl Grey Street, Loudoun Street, Kilmarnock Road and High Street.
Scottish Water work will be carried out, starting from Monday, October 7 and lasting until Tuesday, October 15.

The company says the repairs are part of ongoing efforts to maintain and improve the local sewer network.
Four pedestrian crossings will also be in place, and the lights will be in place on a 24/7 basis.
A Scottish Water spokesperson said: “We understand that the temporary traffic measures in place may cause some inconvenience, but they are necessary to ensure that the work can be carried out safely and efficiently.
“We would like to thank local residents and road users for their patience and understanding as we complete this importance maintenance.”
