Motoring enthusiasts turned out in great numbers once again for the popular Sanquhar Car Show at the beginning of the month.
This year was the show's 26th edition, with loads more classic cars, bikes and trucks on show.
Held at Queensberry Square, the event is down to the hard work of Norman and Betty Burns, Michelle Weir, and assisted in the Town Hall by Heather Anderson, Kerry Ritchie, Shona Johnstone and Francis Watts.
The event attracted more than 120 cars and lorries, and over 25 motor cycles from Ayrshire, Lanarkshire, Glasgow, Dumfriesshire, the Borders and Lake District.
All the usual cars were on display with the local Laird family displaying over 10 cars all in super condition, including the Austin Maxi and Hillman.
Other marks on display were Sunbeam Rapier, Ford Cortina, Ford Classic, Vauxhalls, Triumph Dolomite, Ford Mustang, Porche, as well as a good display of Ford Capri cars.
Sanquhar Events Group would like to thank all the entries this year and they appreciate everyone for coming along to this free event.
The Events Group hope to see all the cars, lorries and motor bikes next year which is the 27th year since the event began in 1998 for the Sanquhar 400 celebrations.
Next year's event will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2025, so keep a note in your diary for then.
