Roadworks on Auchinleck's Main Street which have been causing some traffic congestion are set to be finished by next week.
Scottish Water is currently carrying out sewer repair work on a section of road near the Main Street's junctions with Coal Road and Church Hill.
The usual traffic lights have temporarily been replaced with four-way lights, which have been causing some heavy traffic at certain times in the day.

The original traffic management paperwork had the work lasting until Sunday, August 25, but the notice was extended last week.
Scottish Water say it is anticipated that the Auchinleck repair will be completed, the road reinstated and traffic management removed by the "middle of next week".
There is potential for the restrictions to be moved before then, depending on how work progresses.
A Scottish Water spokesperson added: “We would like to thank everyone affected for their patience and understanding while we carried out this essential repair.”
