A section of land labelled for 22 new homes in Cumnock has been listed for sale.
Proposals for the new houses on a site near Cameron Crescent were approved last year, despite strong local objections.
An application was submitted to East Ayrshire planning chiefs by JKM Consultancy on behalf of Jim Smith, in February 2022.

Site plans show that access to the Cumnock residential area would be between two homes currently on Cameron Crescent.
Objectors presented their cases at the East Ayrshire Council planning committee meeting, but plans were given the go-ahead.
However, it now seems as though the future of the homes are uncertain, as the approved land has been listed for sale.
A listing on Rightmove shows the land for sale with offers in excess of £375,000 being sought.
A property description with the listing says: "Donald Ross Residential is thrilled to offer this distinctive development site, which has received planning permission for the construction of 22 three and four-bedroom homes.
"This mix includes appealing one and a half storey chalet bungalows and bungalows formed all on the level, situated in a charming semi-rural setting".
