A teenager has been charged with attempted murder following an attack on a Patna youngster at the TRNSMT festival.
We reported how Lee Paton from Patna had suffered serious injuries after the incident at Glasgow Green on Saturday, July 13.
Police had initially put out an appeal to track down two individuals as part of investigations, with initial enquiries relating to a serious assault.
The 16-year-old was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital for treatment, where he was left fighting for his life.
Officers have now arrested and charged an 18-year-old with attempted murder,. He is due to appear before Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
