A dementia support group is set to be held in Cumnock later this month, with opportunities available across East Ayrshire.
Organised by East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership, the free groups will allow people living with dementia, or someone close to them, to have a chat, share experiences and learn more about the condition.
The event is set to take place at Netherthird Community Centre on Thursday, August 29 from 1.30-4pm.
A complimentary lunch, teas and coffees will be provided, for people to go along and have a blether.

Due to the nature of these conversations numbers are restricted with people who have lived experienced of dementia and their carers, friends or family members being given priority.
Organisers of the event said: "If you or someone you know is living with dementia, your insights and experiences are invaluable.
"We invite you to participate in our Dementia Local Conversation in Cumnock. This is an opportunity to express your thoughts on local health and social care services, what's working well and what could be improved.
"We'll also be sharing our findings to inform the national Dementia Strategy."
You can sign up for the event online, or you can call 07826 914 638.
Similar sessions are also being held at Galston's Ross Court Resource Centre from 12.30-3pm on Saturday, August 24 and at the Dementia Resource Centre in Kilmarnock from 10am-12.30pm on Wednesday, August 28.
