DUMFRIES HOUSE is to play host to a fun horse show later this summer.
The event, being held in collaboration with the British Horse Society, will take place at the popular visitor attraction on Sunday, September 1.
It's the latest episode of animal magic at Dumfries House this summer, with the estate also set to hold a fun dog show on Wednesday, August 7.
This year's dog show is in aid of the Bravehound charity, which uses dogs to help armed forces veterans.
Further details on how to enter the horse show are due to be revealed by the Dumfries House team over the coming weeks. Keep an eye on their Facebook page and on the Chronicle in print and online for more details.
