The scorer of one of Auchinleck Talbot's most famous goals has asked to leave the club.
Craig McCracken joined Talbot in 2016, having previously had time at Ayr United and coming through the ranks at Somerset Park.
McCracken won it all during his time with Tommy Sloan's men, and had a knack for coming up with some huge goals.
He scored the winning goal in the 2018 Scottish Junior Cup final in the dying moments against Hurlford, as Talbot won 3-2 at Rugby Park.
It followed on from his winner in the Ardagh Cup final earlier that season.
However, the McCracken moment that will likely live longest in the memories of the Talbot fans was his winner against Ayr United in the Scottish Cup in 2019.
Craig McCracken’s stunning header earned the Beechwood Park men their first ever victory over full-time opposition – and in front of a live TV audience too.
However, it now seems like McCracken's time at Auchinleck is coming to an end, with the club announcing that the defender has asked to be placed on the transfer list.
Initial enquiries for McCracken to are to be sent to Henry Dumigan on 07929 525494.
