A call has gone out to remind keen runners to take part in a popular East Ayrshire event this month.
Registration remains open for the Cairn Table Hill Race, which will take place on Wednesday, July 17.
The annual event draws runners from across the area and beyond to tackle the popular walking spot near Muirkirk.

Described on many walking sites as a ‘proper Ayrshire hill,’ the Cairn Table, at 7.2km, is a trail for the most avid runners.
Taking place at 6.30pm, entry is £10, with registration needing to be completed prior to race night.
The race will be chip timed and be in a time trial format. Runners may start between 6.30pm and 8pm.
