MEDICAL practices in Cumnock and Mauchline will be closed for part of the day tomorrow (Wednesday, June 26) for staff training.
The Ballochmyle Medical Group in Mauchline and the Tanyard Medical Practice in Cumnock will both be closed between 1pm and 5.30pm as part of a programme of ‘Protected Learning Time’ in which practices across Ayrshire are participating.
Information on how to get access to advice from a GP will be made available on the practices’ phone messaging systems, on their websites and in notices on the practice doors.
Patients or community pharmacies who need to urgently contact either practice during the closure period should call the Ayrshire Urgent Care Service on 01563 826930.
Both practices will be open as normal on Thursday morning.
