AN ACTION plan for Dalmellington is set to be formally launched at a fun community event this weekend.
The Dalmellington Parish Development Trust (DPDT) is holding the event at Dalmellington Community Centre from 12 noon until 5pm on Saturday, June 29.
The formal launch of the trust’s community action plan will take place between noon and 1pm, with performances by local schoolchildren and by members of the Dalmellington Brass Academy.
Then, from 1pm onwards, a celebration fun day will take centre stage, with a free mini fairground for children and a food van on site.
All are welcome to come along to the free event and to find out more about what’s in the DPDT’s action plan for the communities of Dalmellington, Bellsbank, Burnton, Dunaskin and Waterside.
