A MAN has appeared in court accused of exposing himself to three females, including a girl under 16, in New Cumnock.
Aiden Dingwall, 23, denies the accusation of exposing himself to the trio in Highpark Avenue, New Cumnock, on September 21, 2023.
Court papers claim that Dingwall, of Connel View, New Cumnock 'did lower [his] trousers' during the alleged incident.
The accused, who was represented by defence solicitor Robert Logan, pleaded not guilty to the charge during a brief hearing at Ayr Sheriff Court on Wednesday, May 29.
He is due to return to court to face the charge later this month.
All accused persons reported in the Cumnock Chronicle are considered innocent, unless they are later found or admit to being guilty.
