A WOMAN has been fined for driving offences following a three-car crash between Cumnock and Ochiltree.
The incident happened on the A70 just before 6pm on Wednesday, May 8.
Emergency services were called to the scene.
Police say that two women, aged 22 and 23, were checked over by ambulance crews.
One female driver was issued a fixed penalty notice, an on-the-spot fine for a minor offence.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: “We were called to a report of a three-vehicle crash on the A70 between Cumnock and Ochiltree around 5.45pm on Wednesday, 8 May, 2024.
“Emergency services attended and two women, aged 22 and 23, were checked over at the scene by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
“One female driver was issued with a fixed penalty notice in connection with a road traffic offence.”
The Scottish Ambulance Service has also been contacted for comment.
