Ayrshire pubgoers have been urged to nominate their favourite watering holes for this year’s Scottish Bar and Pub Awards.
A variety of prizes are up for grabs including the Brugal 1888 Cocktail Bar of The Year, Jameson Best Irish Bar, Kopparberg New Bar of the Year, and the Staropramen Award for Outstanding Quality.
Awards are also available for individuals such as bartenders, managers, and up and coming entrepreneurs.
Voting closes on Sunday, June 16 and finalists will be announced shortly after.
Last year’s winners included The Fox and Willow who won Best Drinks Offering, Buzzworks were voted Hospitality Employer of the Year, and Tempura owner Brandon Van Rensburg took home the Emerging Entrepreneur prize.
This is the 29th year for Scotland’s longest running licensed trade awards.
The winners will be crowned at the award ceremony in Glasgow on Tuesday, August 27.
