East Ayrshire Council is planning to rent out a former day centre in Sorn - but anyone interested has only a few days to submit an offer.
The building, on Main Street, was advertised for let by the local authority in March.
An online listing says that it would be ideal as an office space, retail or a tearoom, but that any development may require planning permission.
Although it is being listed as a rental opportunity, East Ayrshire Council says that there may be opportunity to purchase the property, but this will be done on a 'sold as seen' basis.

According to the local authority's listing of the property, rental offers in excess of £2,650 per annum are being invited.
The property stands at around 54.5 square metres, and comprises an entrance lobby, meeting room, kitchen store and toilet space.
A closing date for offers has been set for 12 noon on Thursday, April 25.
Interested parties are asked to contact Estatesmanagement2@east-ayrshire.gov.uk for more information.
