Three people have been taken to hospital following a crash between Mauchline and Catrine this morning (April 18).
The incident happened on the B705 road, close to Ballochmyle Golf Club, just before 8am.
Emergency services attended the two-vehicle incident while traffic and bus routes were diverted.
Officers remained at the scene at least two hours after the incident happened.

The Scottish Ambulance Service confirmed that three people were taken to hospital.
A spokesperson said: “We received a call at 7.51am today to attend a two-car road traffic collision on the B705.
"We dispatched two ambulances and two special operations response teams (SORT) to the scene.
"Three patients were transported to Crosshouse Hospital.”
The road is now believed to be open.
