A fun-filled Easter trail will be taking place at Robert Burns' former Mauchline home during the school holidays.
If you are looking for something to do from now until Sunday, April 16, then the Burns House Museum might have the answer.
Organised by East Ayrshire Leisure, you can take part in the Bunbuns Easter Trail.
Bunbuns and her friends are loose in the museum and the team needs your help to find them.
This new self-led fun creative trail for early years and families is designed for children to explore, discover and get creative around the museum throughout the Easter holidays.
This is a free activity during normal opening hours, which are:
- Sunday and Monday: Closed
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 10.30am-1.40pm and 2-6pm
- Thursday: 1.30-4.40pm and 5-8pm
- Friday and Saturday: 10.30am-4pm
The whole family can also get involved in the Lost Villages Family Fun Day at the Baird Institute on Friday, March 29.
The day involves fun hands-on art activities, old fashioned games to play, dressing up and a Museum Keeper’s Explorer session inspired by the Lost Villages exhibition.
Booking is not required, but spaces are limited and on a first come, first serve basis.
This event will run between 12-3pm.
