Roads around the school are closed from 8.40am to 9.05am and again from 2.45pm to 3.15pm during the school term.
Currently, cars cannot enter the following roads during the above times:
- James Young Avenue: For its full extents
- Craigens Road: From Netherthird Community Centre car park to the junction with Holmburn Road
- Blackfaulds Road: From the junction with Craigens Road to the junction with Lamot Crescent
Now, according to an East Ayrshire Council notice on the Tell Me Scotland website, a slight change will these areas become cycle-friendly during the closure times.
The change is set to come into effect from Monday, April 29.
