The King's Foundation's Health and Wellbeing courses are set to make a return for 2024.

Running from the Foundation's base at Dumfries House, the courses are free to attend for those registered with an NHS Ayrshire and Arran GP.

Participants in an eight-week mindfulness programme, starting on May 24, will explore relaxation and work towards peace of mind.

A 12-week course on pre-diabetes and weight management begins on April 11 and looks at managing symptoms of diabetes as well as living a healthier lifestyle and adopting a more balanced diet.

Courses on achieving more restful sleep and gaining a greater sense of everyday relaxation are currently open to notes of interest.

The King's Foundation's Dumfries House Fertility Programme, aimed at helping couples conceive with the help of complementary therapies, is planned to run in the future and is now open for expressions of interest.

Previous couples to have attended include Maxine and Dave Phillips, pictured below with baby Belle.
