Applications are open for budding workers to join a craft programme, primarily based at Dumfries House.
The King's Foundation's Building Craft Programme is a fully-funded eight-month course that supports those in the construction sector to upskill and continue their journey towards becoming a master of their craft.
Graduates typically go on to specialise in traditional building skills, establishing their own businesses or gaining employment in the growing industries of craft or heritage construction.

The King's Foundation says it believes it is crucial to preserve the knowledge that embodies many of the traditional building skills which have shaped our historical built environment.
As many workers in the sector now reach retirement age, it is vital that these skills are passed on to the next generation of master craftspeople.
The next Building Craft Programme will run from summer 2024 until spring 2025.
The deadline for applications is Monday, April 8 at 5pm.
