Cumnock Juniors Community Enterprise (CJCE) has announced it is set to receive a share of funding towards pitch improvements.
Sports clubs across Ayrshire and the UK are set to receive a share of over £11million of funding.
As part of the continued drive to get more people active, the UK Government and the Scottish FA have kicked off the year by announcing over 40 projects across Scotland are benefitting from a share of the funding.
CJCE say the cash will help with relaying the artificial surface at Townhead Park this summer.
A club spokesperson said: "We have been successful in an application to receive funding from the DCMS and Scottish FA Grassroots Pitch and Facilities Fund.
