A report has been submitted to the council seeking to clarify conditions attached to plans for a New Cumnock petrol station to be built.
An application submitted to East Ayrshire Council would see the facility erected where the former Tam O' Shanter café once stood on the outskirts of the town.
Grove Retail Limited (Grove Retail) submitted proposals that would see two HGV pumps installed, as well as six pumps for cars and a kiosk building.
The application was initially approved in July 2021, subject to 30 conditions.
A new report has been published looking to address a number of these conditions.
A design statement with the initial proposals said that a hot food unit would be included in the plans.
East Ayrshire Council knocked back a previous planning application from the firm in 2020, for a filling station on the site that included a restaurant.
The eatery has been removed from the latest proposal.
A new report by developers outlines how issues such as health and environmental risk, ground conditions, and building and infrastructure would all be carefully considered in the plans.
You can view the reports on the East Ayrshire Council planning website, by searching for applications 24/0014/AMCPP and 23/0171/AMCPP.
