Mauchline's Ballochmyle Medical Group is closed "until further notice" according to the practice's social media pages.
They announced a short while ago that they have had to close due to an incident,.
They added that anyone looking to speak with someone in-person should go to Catrine surgery.
Eye witnesses claimed that a vehicle had collided with a section of the building, causing the closure.
However, this has not been confirmed by officials.
Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service have been contacted for comment.
