A Mauchline business premises is up for rent following its most recent stint as a café.
The former Crafty Coffee building on Loudoun Street is available to rent following the closure of the business that opened back in the summer.
David Welsh took over the Crafty Coffee shop in the town back in July, which involved having to deal with some electrical issues.
The café had been a fixture in Mauchline for some time, even before David took it on.
Now it is looking for its next owner after being listed on Rightmove for £450 per calendar month.
Marketed by DW Shaw, in Cumnock, a property description of the premises reads: "Ground floor commercial rental property which could have many uses but has been latterly café with front shop including counter, through to large area which could be easily be used for seating/tables.
"Kitchen includes double sink units and shelving, WC and rear entrance/exit to back lane for loading/unloading purposes."
