Cumnock's most famous Christmas lights will be making a much-anticipated return this week.
Alex and Jackie Weir have been wowing people with their wonderful Holmburn Road display for the best part of two decades.
Every year the Weirs give their home a complete Christmas makeover.
The selfless pair put on the fabulous display and collect donation to go towards a worth group or charity in the area.

Over the years their efforts, as well as lighting up Holmburn Road with a special festive sparkle, have raised thousands of pounds for charities, with the East Ayrshire Community Hospital, Cumnock Age Concern and Netherthird Early Childcare Centre among the community groups to have benefited from the generosity of those who have visited to enjoy the shows.
This year's recipients will be Netherthird Primary, with the funds raised to be used purchase some new equipment for the school.
The switch-on will take place at 6pm on Friday, December 1 at their address of 181 Holmburn Road.
They're hoping to get as many people along to enjoy the festive cheer once again.
