A woman has been issued a fixed penalty notice following a crash near Catrine yesterday evening.
The two-car crash happened just before 6pm on the A76 close to the B713 junction between Auchinleck and Mauchline.
It's the second crash at the same area of road within a week, after four people were taken to hospital following an incident last Friday (November 17).

Thankfully, nobody is reported to have been injured or taken to hospital as a result of yesterday's crash.
Police were called to the scene and a 65-year-old woman was issued with the notice.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.40pm on Wednesday, November 22, officers were called to a report of a two-vehicle crash on the A76 near Catrine.
“One of the drivers, a 65-year-old woman, was issued with a fixed penalty notice for a road traffic offence. Recovery was arranged.”
