A Cumnock-based racing club is aiming to raise as much cash as it can for a "dear member's" family following his sad passing.
East Ayrshire Pedigree Whippet Racing Club, based at Cumnock's Woordroad Park, revealed to members that Stuart Ronney sadly passed away earlier this month.
Stuart had been a valued member of the club for a number of years, with the sadness of his passing being felt among the group.
The group is now aiming to raise as much money as it can to support the family of the respected Drongan man.

Members had also hoped to hold an event in Stuart's memory on Sunday, October 15. However, damage to the field at the Woodroad has meant this has been postponed.
Nevertheless, it has not stopped an incredible amount of money being raised already for Stuart's family.
The total currently stands at just over £1,000, which was the initial target.
A statement from the group said: "On Tuesday, October 3, 2023 the world stopped at the tragic passing of Stuart Ronney.
"Stuart was a much loved and respected Drongan man.
"As well as being a fantastic son, Stuart was an amazing husband to Laura and father to three kids, along with being a family member to many others and a dear friend to everyone who knew him near and far.
"We want to show Laura and all the family just how much Stuart meant to everyone who had the blessing of knowing him by setting up this go fund me.
"This is to show support to the family and help relieve some stress and pressure from their shoulders at this horrific time, to allow them the time that they desperately need to grieve."

They added: "No family deserves to lose a family member never mind one still so young with a beautiful wife and lovely children left behind.
"It is in these moments that you grab those dear and never take a second for granted, live life to the absolute fullest.
"Therefore I ask no matter how small all donations will be gratefully appreciated to show support to the Ronney family and show just how much Stuart was loved by all and to help support this beautiful family at the most harrowing time in their life.
"Let's look after our own and help to give Stuart the send off that he deserves and support all the family through the most difficult time in all their lives.
"I know that all Stuart would want is to know that his family are being taken care of so lets do that for him."
