A pensioner was airlifted to hospital at the weekend after taking unwell in Sorn.
Emergency services attended an incident near Dalgain Drive just before 4.30pm on Sunday, October 8.
Police say they had recieved reports of a man taking unwell as an air ambulance was seen landing at the nearby pitch in Sorn.
A 70-year-old man was taken to Glasgow Royal infirmary.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call a 4.20pm on Sunday, October 8 to attend an incident on Dalgain Drive, Sorn.
"An ambulance and the air ambulance were dispatched to the scene and a patient was transported to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “Around 5.05pm on Sunday, October 8, police were called to assist another agency at an address in Dalgain Drive, Sorn, where a man had taken unwell while working on a vehicle.
“Police attended and the 70-year-old man was taken to hospital by air ambulance.”
