An Auchinleck-based men's mental health charity has recently celebrated "half a decade of impact" following a wonderful milestone.
Release Ayrshire has been looking back at how it has helped hundreds of people in the area since it was set up by Robbie Muir in 2018.
Since its inception, the hard-working team has had to deal with the effects of coronavirus and the mental health implications of that, but that hasn't slowed it down, raising thousands of pounds and helping out scores of people.
The service was originally set up to break down the barriers of men's mental health.
Since then, the charity has created its own merchandise, completed a three peak challenge, started its own campaigns, given away prizes and much more.
Looking back on a successful five years, a Release spokesperson said: "Five years ago today [October 7], we embarked on a mission to break the stigma surrounding men's mental health and create a platform where individuals could #chatitout without judgement or fear.
"We have went on a journey raising awareness all over Ayrshire through our campaigns, merchandise, events and more.
"We have reached thousands of people and have helped people when they most needed it.
"What an incredible five years it’s been sparking the conversation around mental health.
"We cannot thank everyone enough who has supported us, raised funds for us, liked or shared a post or even just talked about us.
"This is what keeps our volunteer run charity going. Every penny raised goes back into the charity."
