THE couple behind an award-winning Mauchline organic farm have admitted they were left "almost speechless" after scooping two more major accolades.

Mossgiel Organic Farm won ‘Best Overall Product’ at The Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Awards for their organic whole milk - which was also judged the best Scottish dairy product of 2023.

Owner Bryce Cunningham and wife Ashlea attended the event with over 600 attendees in the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on Thursday evening. 

The pair were overjoyed to find out Mossgiel Organic Farm had won the Best Scottish Dairy Product of the Year, beating some well-known household brands. 

But even better was to come when it was announced that Mossgiel Organic Farm’s milk had been awarded the Best Scottish Product of 2023, the final award of the evening. 

The judges were impressed by the fresh, unique flavour of the milk and the farm’s sustainable way to dairy focussed heavily on the future of agriculture.

Presenting the awards was TV foodie celebrity Fred Sirieix.
