A fun run and family day is taking place to later this month to support Ava Bolton.
The event aims to support young Ava, who is living with stage 4 high risk neuroblastoma, and will take place on Sunday, August 27.
It is being organised by the Mauchline Community Association SCIO along with some caring volunteers.

A 5km run will begin the day, at 10.45am, with entertainment such as face painting, alpacas, a disco dome and much more will also be taking place at Beechgrove Park.
The run is pram and wheelchair friendly, and all ages are welcome to run, jog or walk the route.
Tickets for the Fun Run activity are available from the Centre Stane Facebook Page, for £5 for an adult and £3 for a child.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Family Fun Day in the park, without a ticket and without participating in the run.
Mauchline Community Association would like to pass on a big thank you to the kind local groups and businesses, who have sponsored parts of this event.
