A CUMNOCK shopping complex has provided an update to customers following a fire that has closed the building for more than two weeks.
A section of the popular Cumnock Factory Outlet's shop and café building caught fire in the early hours of Saturday, July 22.
Since then, the building has been closed to the public, with a clean-up operation underway.
Many of the fixtures from within the store could be seen in the parking area outdoors, with some fire damage apparent.

A spokesperson for the business said the fire caused "substantial damage", and that it was due to remain closed for the time being.
A further update from Cumnock Factory Outlet has said that no date has been set for re-opening, with a "repairing strategy" being worked on.
They said: "Firstly, please allow us to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to everyone who has sent such lovely messages and offers of support during this difficult time for us.
"Our store has now been cleared and we are currently in talks on working towards a repairing strategy. At this stage we do not have a definitive reopening date at the moment.
"We do hope to be able to share more with you over the coming weeks.
"Again, thank you very much - James Broughton and all the Cumnock Factory team."
