A new sign has been erected near Auchinleck to look for the sale of vacant land.
We reported in the Chronicle back in March how land near to Templeton Roundabout on the outskirts of Auchinleck was up for sale.
The 'Templeton Park' development opportunity is a roughly 15-acre field, and is listed for sale on Rightmove, as well as having its own dedicated website.

A new sign has been placed in the empty field as developers srtep up their quest for a buyer.
Templeton Park's website shows the land available to split into six separate plots of land, ranging from between one-and-a-half to two-and-a-half acres.
An access point for the vacant land would be earmarked for the current Templeton Roundabout.

The dedicated wesbite adds: "The site is allocated within the East Ayrshire second Local Development Plan (LDP2) for business industry employment generating uses.
"Offers are invited to purchase or lease serviced development plots. Hargreaves Land has a strong appetite to develop the site for end users on a leasehold or design and build basis.
"The plots will be fully serviced to the edge of the site to facilitate development.
"Each party will be responsible for their own legal costs in respect of any transaction".
The site sits close to where East Ayrshire Council approved planning for a 95-home development at Dalshalloch Wood.
