Mossgiel Organic Farm's Bryce Cunningham has said that the closure of a Mauchline café won't affect the production of their popular farm.
It was announced earlier this week that the Mossgiel Snug in the centre of Mauchline will be closing next week due to "rocketing" costs.
Mossgiel Snug is the offspring of the popular Mossgiel Organic Farm on the outskirts of the town.

With closure of the café being announced via social media, many wondered if it would affect the farm's operations.
However, owner Bryce Cunningham has dismissed any possibility of the farm currently being affected.
He told the Chronicle: "The business has been hit significantly with inflation, but we've taken the decision to close the Snug to make sure that it doesn't affect other aspects of the business.

"The organic farm will keep running as it has been.
"We have another year's contract to provide milk to East Ayrshire schools, so we've got that to look forward to and prepare for.
"We've still got our other coffee shop in Stewarton as well, and everything else will be remaining the same."

Having the Snug for around two-and-a-half years, the team have involved themselves in the community as much as they can.
They've collected supplies for Ukrainian refugees via the coffee shop, as well as creating an initiative for people to collect rubbish in return for a free cup of coffee.
Despite having to close the coffee shop, Bryce still has dreams of creating an educational centre at the farm to teach youngsters about all the aspects of their business.

Bryce added: "It's no secret that it's something we'd love to do in the coming years, but we'll see how we get on.
"We'd bring the kids in and they'd learn about cows and learn about organic agriculture and various different aspects of what we do.
"So the closing of the Snug is the end of a chapter, but it's not the end of the story.
"We're still doing doorstep deliveries in the area for things like cheese and milk, and they can phone the farm or go onto our website to sort that out".
