A fire-damaged property in New Cumnock is on the market once again, with the window for offers closing soon.
Being listed on Future Property Auctions, the derelict building, on the corner of Castle and Pathhead, went up in flames at the end of March.
Previously a bank building, the fire caused extensive damage to the interior of the building, as well as destroying the roof.
A deadline for offers on the building has been set for Thursday, July 20 at 3pm.
A guide price of £100,000 has been set, despite the building previously being listed for auction in April with a guide price of £52,000.
The listing for the building on the Rightmove website says that the fire damage means that the building will require a complete renovation.
The description adds that there is "opportunity to re-develop to create a stunning home with potential value of over £500,000 given the impressive size and sought after location."
It adds that buyers could transform it into five flats, subject to planning approval.
