A section of a busy Mauchline street is set to be closed for a period of time.
Scottish Water will be undertaking ironworks in the town, meaning the closure will be in place for the course of the work.
From 9.30am on Sunday, July 9, a short stretch of the A76 Earl Grey Street will be closed between its junction with Mansfield Road and Loudoun Street.
The closure is set to last until around 6am on Monday, July 10.
A section of Mansfield Road where it meets the A76 will also be shut.
With a low bridge in the area two diversion routes will be in place.
Low-sided vehicles (anything below 4.2 metres) should follow A76 > A719 > A77 > A70 > A76 > END and Vice Versa.
High-sided vehicles should follow A76 > A719 > A77> A70 > B730 > B7046 > A70 > A76 > END and Vice Versa.
Scottish Water offered its thanks to all road users and the local community for their patience and understanding during the essential works.
Drivers are advised to leave extra time for travel and to follow diversion signs which will be in place.
