Dumfries House's Coach House Café is marking the King's coronation by serving up a selection of limited edition sweet and savoury treats to customers.

The estate's visitor centre is also selling special commemorative gifts to mark the occasion.

King Charles' charity, The Prince's Foundation, saved the house and the estate from ruins in 2017.

Since then, tireless work has meant it has become a hub for royal enthusiasts, nature lovers, dog walkers, and everything else in between.

Until the end of this week, the café will be decorated for the occasion and will be featuring the official “Coronation Quiche” on its menu.

Unveiled on the Royal Family’s social media accounts last month, the recipe was personally chosen by Their Majesties and features spinach, broad beans and tarragon.

On sale in the Visitor Centre next door are commemorative gifts such as Royal Scot Crystal whisky tumblers and tots, vases, gin glasses, champagne flutes and whisky decanters, a well as Royal Collection teddy bears and mugs.
