Catrine's newly refurbished Early Childhood Centre was targeted by vandals earlier this week, according to a message sent to parents and guardians.
The new centre only recently re-opened, after undergoing a wonderful transformation to add some life to the inside and out.

Work included adding a wonderful outdoor activity area for kids to enjoy, as well as plenty of scope for fun indoors.
It was decided in 2020 to refurbish the early childhood centre, rather than move the ECC to the Cevic in the village.
However, it unfortunately seems like the outdoor area has been the subject of needless vandalism and graffiti.
In a message sent to parents and guardians from headteacher Mrs Govans, it was said that CCTV footage will be passed to police.
Mrs Govans said: "Unfortunately Catrine ECC staff arrived at work this morning [Monday, March 20] to discover that some areas of the their beautiful new outdoor play area has been vandalised.
"Unacceptable words have been written in their wee shop building, and play equipment has been pulled out of the play shed and scattered around the garden.
"Both the ECC staff and children are so upset that someone has wasted an area that so much hard work has gone into, and that is enjoyed every day by the children at Catrine ECC.
"CCTV footage will be forwarded to the police.
"I really hope that have no further incidents as I know you will all be as angry and upset as our Catrine PS and ECC staff and pupils are".
