Dates for the 2023 Boswell Book Festival have now been confirmed by event organisers.
This year's festival will take place at Dumfries House from May 12-14 in what is looking set to be another packed weekend.
The programme of events is currently being worked on, with hopes of making this year's weekend even bigger and better than last year.
Boswell Book Festival is the world’s only book festival dedicated to biography and memoir, and is named in honour of the great biographer James Boswell, the first festival was in 2011.
After covid turned the show online, it returned in-person last year, with a packed programme and guest speakers.
The popularity of the online version, and how far-reaching it was, meant that many of last year's events were also live streamed. It's likely that the same will be done this year.
A spokesperson for the event's organisers said: "We are so looking forward to seeing you again in a few months. The programme is coming together even now as we curate a rich mix of speakers and events with something to appeal to everyone.
"With the promise of sell-out events, and to get ahead of the crowd, don’t miss out on the tickets you want by becoming a Boswell Book Festival Friend or Patron.
"Your support is vital to help us stage this year’s Festival.
"As a Friend you will receive the programme in advance of the Festival launch and enjoy priority booking.
"Becoming a Friend costs just £25 per annum, or £35 for a joint membership."
