The New Cumnock Development Trust (NCDT) are planning to launch a whole host of free events to entice people of all ages to get involved in the community.
Everything from ‘weigh to go’ sessions to keep tabs on your weight, walking football with no age limit, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions will be included as the organisation looks to engage with as many local residents as possible as possible.
A men-only weigh-to-go class will begin on February 28 at the Campbell Hall. An inclusive weigh-to-go class will run from the New Cumnock Town Hall on Thursdays.
The walking football sessions will begin on Monday, February 21 at Loch Park, and the HIIT sessions will continue at the Campbell Hall, with more sessions to be introduced due to popular demand.

Laura Pagan from NCDT said: “We are really focused on engaging with as many people as we can from the local community.
“We feel it’s important to run as many free activities as we can, to ensure we’re reaching as wide an audience as we can.
“We love having as many people as we can involved, because it allows us to grow.”
