An artist from Auchinleck has unveiled his latest artwork, this time done in tribute to a young child who died at the Poland-Belarus border.

Brian Carey said: “I think the United Nations and European Union should hang their hands in shame for their lack of humanitarian assistance that has led to the death of that child and quite a few others in that area.

“Those in charge of the EU and UN are unselfishly putting politics first. Human life seems to be a disposable factor they are willing to accept.”
