Mauchline couple celebrate diamond wedding anniversary
A COUPLE from Mauchline celebrated a whopping 60 years of marriage recently.
Robert and Jenny Fowler have reached their diamond wedding anniversary milestone.
Provost Barry Douglas and Councillor Claire Leitch visited the happy pair to congratulate them on the wonderful occasion.
The couple were presented with a basket of flowers on behalf of East Ayrshire Council.
Depute Lieutenant Bill Stafford also presented them with a telegram from the Queen.
