Auchinleck Indoor Bowling Club has officially reopened with a fresh new look.
During lockdown, the club was upgraded with a new bowling carpet installed with assistance from Cumnock and Doon Valley Minerals Trust.
The club only opened from September to October before lockdown again, then had new lighting installed in the bowling area with assistance from National Lottery Awards for all.
The club has been deep cleaned ready to start the new season.
The opening times from August 16 are Monday to Friday 10am-1pm and 6pm-9pm for bowling only.
The club will hopefully open on the weekends from September. The committee also intend to start leagues mid-September with members asked to contact the club to place their entries.
The Club’s AGM will be held on Wednesday, August 18 at 7pm.
The SIBA held their previous AGM on Sunday, July 25 where clubs were issued with competition draws for season 2021/22 under government guidelines.
President W. Alexander and Management Committee wish to welcome members and new members into the club for the new season 21/22 by inviting everyone to a fun afternoon of bowls on Sunday, August 29 at 2pm.
