In Pictures: Sorn post-lockdown fun day hailed a great success
A POST-LOCKDOWN fun day was held in Sorn last weekend (August 7) – and a lot of fun was certainly had.
Frank Walker from Sorn Community Council said: “I would like to thank all who attended to make it a fantastic day and evening. A special thanks to Sorn Inn who supplied burgers, hot dogs and pizzas at the field and an excellent hot buffet for the evening free of charge.
“Also Jim McMahon who provided the evening entertainment at the village hall. A massive thanks to all who contributed an amazing £800 in donations throughout the day, the support of all exhibitors and all those who showed off their classic cars, tractor and motorcycles which provided a great attraction to the event.”
