Residents at Queensberry Care Home in Sanquhar went a deep dive into all things aquatic and nautical last week after staff held a special cruise day at the home.
Employees kitted the home out with funky decorations, beach balls, themed cocktails, tropical photos and even dressed up in sailor-inspired suits to get everyone right in the mood.
The home is doing a car wash fundraiser on August 1, 12-4pm. You don’t need to get out the car – just come up and staff will wash your car in exchange for a donation.
